Outbound Shipment Error - ITEM_STRANDED

Amazon has issued the following error message in the portal for your outbound shipment.
  • Item(s) ineligible from being inbounded, with reason: ITEM_STRANDED. Corresponding items for the error: [FNSKU NAME(S)]


Why this happens:

This error occurs when attempting to send an item to FBA that is stranded in your account.

What to do:
To resolve this error, please visit the Fix Stranded Inventory page in your Seller Central account and search for the item or items displayed in the error message. Amazon will show a reason for your stranded item and a solution to fix it.

Please let us know when resolved, or if changes need to be made to your shipment.
