Amazon has issued the following error message in the portal for your outbound shipment.
- [SKU NAME(S)] ITEM_NOT_LISTED_ON_CHANNEL
Why this happens:
This error means there is no ASIN or FNSKU associated with these items in your Seller Central account. Please see the example image:
What to do:
To resolve this error, please visit your Seller Central account and add the item(s) above to your active listings. If these items are already present in the account, please confirm each item’s Merchant SKU matches exactly the MSKU of the items in your shipment in our portal.
Once completed, update the item in the portal. Select the ‘Channels’ tab, then ‘View Listings’. On your inventory page, select the blue ‘Sync Listings’ button in the upper-right side of the page. Please see the example image:
