How to Create an AWD Order in the Portal

We can process Amazon AWD shipments. Clients should first create an AWD shipping plan in Seller Central. Next, create a matching outbound shipment in the portal and upload all AWD documents as an attachment to the order.

STEP 1: Create the AWD shipping plan in your Seller Central.



STEP 2: Log in to the PIPISI portal, navigate to the "Outbound Shipment", then select "New Shipment".




STEP 3: Enter "AWD Shipment" as a "Shipment Name", then select "Create Shipment".




STEP 4: Select "Add Items" to add the items and quantity.required (If pallet weights and measurements are needed to complete the AWD shipping plan in Amazon, please add this request to the Notes Section in the portal. The warehouse staff will place the information in the Warehouse Notes section.)




STEP 5: Select "Attachments" to upload all the AWD documents to complete shipment. 




NOTE: Please do not select the "Send Shipment to Amazon" button.
