How to Add "Amazon Transparency" Service in the Portal

Created by Diana Miller, Modified on Wed, 5 Jun at 9:32 AM by Brian Cummings

The Amazon Transparency program protects brand owners from other sellers offering counterfeit items to be sold on Amazon. Each ASIN enrolled in the program requires serialized QR codes (Transparency Labels) to be applied to the item before being sent to Amazon FBA.

To add Transparency labels to the products we prep, download the labels from Seller Central in 2" x 1" format (label #2) and upload them to the Outbound Shipment in the Portal.

NOTE: Never use the same label twice.

Label Requirement:

STEP 1: Generate the labels from Amazon, and save them as PDF files.

STEP 2: Log in to Prep It Pack It Ship It Portal.

STEP 3: Navigate to the "Outbound Shipment" tab and select "Attachments".

STEP 4. Select "Add Attachment" to upload the labels in your "Outbound Shipment".
