How to Add a Case Configuration in the Portal

A 'case configuration' is the portal's term a carton's dimensions, weight, and number of units for any item in Inventory. Providing case configurations increases our efficiency in handling your inventory and creating Amazon shipping plans.

To create or edit case configurations for an item in your inventory, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Log in to the Prep It Pack It Ship It Portal

STEP 2: Navigate to the "Inventory" page and choose the item you wish to apply a case configuration to.

STEP 3: Select the "Group" page.

STEP 4: Select "Add Configuration".

STEP 5: In the Group Configuration, input the Item Quantity and Dimensions for the new case.

STEP 6: Select "Create".
